with children birth to five years old 
that have a HEARING LOSS

Based mainly on creating a safe and healthy environment for parents to
understand the facts and feelings surrounding parenting a child with hearing loss.
This kind of support is needed because more than 90% of children born with hearing loss
are born to hearing parents and hearing loss is a new experience for these parents.
Educating and supporting parents helps them become true advocates for
their children no matter what language philosophy they choose.
